Organized by Grafia, Association of Professional Graphic Designers in Finland, Poster Friends and Poster Museum. 17th International Poster Biennal will be held from 14 June to 27 September 2009 in the Lahti Poster Museum / Lahti Art Museum.

The posters will compete in two categories, cultural, social and commercial posters and environmental posters.

SERIES:
A Cultural, social and commercial posters
B Environmental posters (Tarasti prize)

WORKS SUBMITTED FOR THE EXHIBITION:
All posters must be designed after 1st of January 2007.
Minimum size 42 x 60 cm, Maximum size 120 x 180 cm

An artist or group of artists may submit a maximum of 4 posters or series of posters. Only paper versions of posters are accepted for the exhibition. Please also send a duplicate and transparencies (minimum size 40 x 50 mm) of each poster or in digital form, resolution 300 dpi, size A5 and file type RGB-TIF for the exhibition catalogue. The headings of all posters shall be translated into English.
